We tend to work 2-3 weeks ahead to allow for delivery of products and allocating time in the fitting diary however we can be more flexible than most others and sometimes a quicker turnaround can be achieved equally more lead time needs to be expected at peak times ie: run up to Christmas.
Yes we do and we can show you separate charges for that service on our emailed estimate to you. Our fitters normally work in teams of 2 or 3 to cater for furniture moving. We do expect items to be emptied and stable enough to move. Kitchen appliances need to be unplumbed and unplugged with areas ready for them to be moved to. Our FREE and no obligation measure appointment will highlight points to be addressed and services you may need.
Yes we do (except ceramic tiling) and we can show you separate charges for those services on our emailed estimate to you. Unlike home owners, we cannot use the local Household Waste Recycling Centre for free. All of our waste is disposed of by bona fide waste removal formats that also includes potential hazardous waste and therefore is an additional cost. Our FREE no obligation measure appointment will highlight points to be addressed and services you may need.
Yes they are. We offer a traditional FREE and no obligation measure, planning and estimate service.
We are often asked about door trimming, squeaky floor boards and subfloor issues. Although we do not offer to solve these, we can helpfully provide you with contacts of local contractors that do have the relevant expertise and tools to assist in these areas. We also have local contacts and recommendations for other trades and services you may require ie: decorators, so do ask.
All products will come with a manufacturer’s warranty and we offer a 6 month warranty to attend to any fitting queries including carpet restretches.
Yes we have full public and employers liability insurance up to the value of £10 million.
Yes we do, aside from our high quality carpet/flooring direct manufacturer accounts all other industry regulated ancillaries and goods are sourced by ourselves to meet our high standards to ensure the best possible fit and finish.
